Oscar is the epitome of the Golden Retriever standard for temperament. He is wonderful with children, other dogs, cats and any other animal that he is lucky enough to meet. He is friendly and affectionate and he loves to fetch. Oscar is going to be on the large side and I expect him to top out at 24” tall and 80 pounds. Despite being a big boy he is very gentle with babies and smaller animals. Oscar is also very calm and loves to relax in the house with his toys.
Oscar turned one year old on September 7th and he has already been neutered. Oscar has had hip and elbow x-rays done and his hips look great. His parents are both OFA Excellent and his hips look just as good. His elbows are normal, as are his eyes and heart. Due to his calm and loving temperament Oscar would be an ideal match for most families. With additional training he could also become a service dog for an autistic child. Monty
Monty is an outgoing and friendly Golden Retriever puppy. He was born in May of this year and he will be finished with his training and ready to go into his new home the third week of December. I expect Monty to be medium sized for a male at perhaps 23 1/2” tall 75 pounds. He carries quite a bit of bone and has a nice headpiece so he will be a good looking adult dog. Brody- SOLD
Brody is a sweet and friendly male that is almost one year old. Brody loves children, other dogs and cats. He is likely to be a big boy at the upper end of the Golden Retriever standard, (about 80 pounds). He is gentle and calm in the house and has excellent house-manners. Brody loves water and playing fetch. He is also very social and loves when we have guests over. Brody would be a good candidate for therapy work due to his social nature. Brody is almost finished with his training and is currently recovering from his neuter. We will update this section with video of Brody once he is fully recovered and back in training. Casey- SOLD
Casey is a fun and enthusiastic 3 month old puppy. Casey has a while to go with his training and will be ready to go into his new home in February or March 2009. Marley - SOLD
Marley is a one year old male. He is very easygoing and sweet and he loves all of the typical golden retriever things like fetching a ball and swimming. He is almost full grown, so he is a big boy, but he is very gentle and careful not to knock over my 2 year old daughter, even when he is playing fetch. He is great with the other dogs and is fine with our cats too. He is also very gentle in the house and has excellent manners with guests. Marley is darker golden, (red), and has a beautiful coat and nice headpiece. Marley will be medium sized for a male, (about 23 1/2 inches and 75 pounds), when he is full grown. He is almost as tall as he is going to get, but he will still fill out a bit more. Marley is available as a pet, but we can also add additional training for him to become a therapy dog or service dog. He would do especially well as a service dog for a child with autism because of his gentle and predictable temperament. Georgia - SOLD
Georgia is a very sweet 8 month old female. She is very calm and loves affection. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, and she loves children. She is a medium sized female and should reach a maximum of 60-65 pounds when full grown. Georgia is Champion sired and has a nice pedigree.
